i have been working with tech support to try and get this shit resolved, but all i have managed to do thus far is get a general idea of why its happening...
the techies are saying that their network is showing no errors, and i believe them, the problem seems to be with the actual drive on my box.. since i dont have a full dedicated machine, the drives are shared. so someone else on the box is taking up the bandwidth... thats it in laymans terms.
right now, i dont know what im going to do. i am most likely going to have to upgrade to a dedicated machine.. which is at least twice as much as im paying now. honestly, i dont know if i can make the payments if i do that.. im having enough trouble as it is...
