Yawn, pixel2life.com is probably the best option non-sig related as it gives a wide variety of things to make + all the tutorials come from different sites so your bound to find something somewhere else. DeviantArt.com, second best as it has a wide sig and other usefulness tutorials things....

Text killed it. That is a gothic type text and you put it with a fantasy type piece. Not really feeling it. Don't worry though, EVERYONE sucks at typography when it comes to sigs.
