Maybe the forums is under attack...which in all honesty could be possible because of the severe vulenerabilities to the site, but then again I am probably wrong about an attack. Though, I don't know, someone is awfully mad because they got banned. Hence the poor DOS attacks.

dos attacks would have no effect on the webserver, much less topics inside the forum.. i dont know what happened, ill recheck the permissions

Yeah, well, we all fail. There is also an old exploit, but always remember Trevor. These are non-steam servers. They are not really that protected like the steam ones. Don't doubt what can happen.
