so im thinking bout getting something for my pc

i already got a:

video card
gaming network card
enough ram
gaming mouse
gaming headset

so em what should i get, i was thinking bout a sound card but idk how much would that help

those are fucking pointless unless you have a 10m fiber line and even then your integrated adapter is fine... the heatsinks on those things dont even get warm its pure cosmetics and BS

I would never waste my money on gaming network card.  Factory sound card is also good enough as long as you got good headphones.
I would agree with Trevor and get a processor upgrade along with some ram.

a good mouse can really help out in games if you have a crappy one (slide it across the mousepad real fast and see if it glitches). i can't stand using a bad mouse. a good set of headphones is always nice and applies to more than just games.
i think if you're not getting at least a steady fps equal to or above your v-sync (in all the games you play), you should get a video card or processor. otherwise, i would get a mouse or headphones or speakers if that floats your boat.
