Well guys... it has finally happened. After three years of hosting with bullshit companys, i am finally using my own hardware..

if you look at the pictures, my box is the third dell from the top (theres the blue one, then one under that, then mine is next..)
the datacenter has extremely advanced security.. passcards, retinal scan, etc. its pretty intense..


as far as the new servers go, im still working out some latency issues with the virtual lan network, if you get on the servers now you will notice that the connection times out once every 5, 10, or 30 minutes... its kind of random, but i'm working on getting it resolved. keep in mind this server is brand new so i havnt had a chance to troubleshoot it yet, this is the first time i have even used the ethernet adapter.

so dont bitch about lagging, im still working the kinks out..


and of course, donations are welcomed... we now support paypal (thanks to joe) so if you have a couple extra $, please throw it our way. every bit helps, especially now since my bill is so much larger per month...

couple things (trevor know about them) just for players

- when map is changing sometimes lots of ppl laggs out
- when you connecting to server.... it stops and do nothing (keep conecting again)
- there are no mory laggy
- if u got servers (the new IP´s!!!) in favorites, sometimes you can´t see them

1. servers are all boosted at 512fps, im not using the meta booster i have an opteron processor so it just doesnt work... ill provide screenshots.

2. map changes; that might be a result of the connection issues, i dont know for sure yet i have to do some testing...

3. connecting to the server, freezes, thats part of that issue i was having joe... i know what your talking about, i have seen it happen

4. no lag.. i would hope not at least when its working, it works (if that makes sense... its on a dedicated vLAN)

5. servers not showing up in favorites, that would be part of the time out problem... which i am going to fix dont worry





--i know it seems like there are alot of issues, there arent... this box is literally brand new so im trying to work the kinks out. i havnt hosted on a dedi before, so i have to get the network dialed in... it might just be a lack of bandwidth.

it could also be a modem/router issue. but i doubt that, theres alot of hardware on our rack so if there was a major issue then the guy im hosting with would know since he has a business depending on that hardware...

dont worry guys, im on it. i've just been working straight through the past two weeks with barely any sleep, plus tomorrows valentines day and shit, i might be leaving arizona for a couple weeks, i just have a super packed life ATM, im trying to juggle everything to the best of my ability
