The Multi player setup wont let me run it after installing it. What gives?

Also...
For GTA San andreas, the thing is Laggy and the game is languaged Russian?

For the first one you can go to there website and download the installer if the one you have isn't working "www.vicecitymultiplayer.com"
and for san andreas just find a version that is in english.

I bought vice city for 2.50 @ steam when they had their rockstar games weekend, I recommend getting steam Tongue

If you buy the steam version you can't use any of the multiplayer mods.
