that is understandable.. im glad you guys got your money back! i just downgraded to the lowest plan my isp offers... speeds are rated for 1m down and i have no clue how much up  it really sucks going from 15m bandwidth to this T___T but low-bandwidth internet is better than no internet! and my speed is actually decent still as far as gaming goes so i'm browsing a few image heavy websites and streaming music at the same time on the new line package...and the music starts cutting out for buffer  1m shouldn't be that bad. Lucky me - dad pays the internet. Im totally broke now. My radiator cracked big time, fixing it now. Then got to fix tranny. FML |

I have 119ms - 120 ms on LoL and on IZGS servers 135-130.. is because this ISP has something with atlanta modems in GA.. thats why,
also too , if i make a speedtest with the server on GA , i will have like 2.0mb DL , 1.0mb UP , which is bullshit, i dont know what they did so that can happen.

After my dad and I spent some time on the phone with AT&T, they refunded for like 4 month and returned our normal speed.
Internet is on dad's name, and he is tired sometime, so he gives them last chance.
