For all of those PSP mechanics, or nerds, or to heavily edit and still players... I have a problem with my PSP3000s.
Problems with the first 3000 -The X, triangle, circle, and the Square buttons wont respond. -Select button is on auto-press (WTF)
Problems with the second 3000 -Screen cannot turn on. -Sounds are heard, Screen isn't shown.
-I miss on playing my Monster Hunter Freedom Unite... Especially since the great stone DLC was release WAAAAY long ago.

1. bought it from an old friend for 100 bucks, no memory stick, and game. Spended $125 to make a complete game. ($20 for a game, and $5 for a 2 GB memory stick) 2. Got it for free when buying the 2GB memory stick. Thing was already broken when I got it. Planned to fix it by someone but forgot. its been some months now... >_<

okay, here's the deal
have either of those been dropped, or have you opened the cases to tinker with them? i have both a slim and an older fat that are modded, i think i have a thread on here about the super-mod i did with the fat (30gb internal memory)
unfortunatly i might not be able to help you unless i actually get the thing in my hands. the screen could be as simple as plugging it back into the psp-mainboard, same with the buttons.. it could also be a misaligned case (the shell) which would push the select button down, or keep the other ones from being pressed at all
it's ALSO possible the bus lines got screwed up/cut/whatever.. either way, you would need to open it and take a look.
i learned all about working on those with a little help from google and youtube, depending on how adventurous you feel it might be possible to fix them yourself. there are also a few big psp mod sites which have countless resources!

I wasn't asking to tear your own, but to help me find a similar image if I can find one.
