after talking with jay and joe, it seems we have found a solution to our financial dilemna. i posted here in this thread, but i'll just reference what i said here as well.

okay guys here's the deal. joe and jay have stepped up to the plate and will be splitting the server cost with me... as far as infuzion itself goes, the servers will remain online at their current addresses


here's what i want to see in the future


-expand into call of duty 4, host 2-3 servers (this is the game i enjoy playing the most, and by far the most promising as far as getting new players involved)
-expand the CS staff and server popularity (joe and jay are going to manage the cs portion of the servers, i'm going to focus my attention on COD and halo where needed)
-cultivate community involvement on the forums; you have opinions? well let's hear them.. we are improvement oriented

even though there are now three people managing the finances.. we still need donations. the three of us have ourselves to support as well as the servers, every dollar helps! feel free to donate using the link up top


hopefully the three of us can keep the community going a little bit longer. sorry for the sudden jolt, i'm glad we got the finances resolved

EDIT: There's always those half-assed communities like SKe or any of those other small communities out there. Even on steam there's always going to be a majority of hackers in North American servers. Closest thing that could come close to infuzion's quality is ... AiC? I believe that's where all of those other guys (headshot, empire, proverb) are headed. Only downside to AiC is that their admins aren't professional at their jobs. They also don't use anything like banshot or stuff like that. I personally don't join any new communities pernamently so ... don't take my word entirely for it. CS isn't necessarily dead like everybody says, but it sure as hell is a zombie.

It was a "good game." Old times were great! PCZONE times were awesome too. Thats where I met Genesis, kiti, and many more! Ill be around. Infuzion is still in my favorites on browser home page, and will be there.

Honestly the best gaming community to ever exist. I've had so many times in this community/server that made me laugh.

I wanna get a time machine, and go back to when Infuzion was in it's prime, 26 slots, always full, Heleos, Tweak, Hollow, Lockem Shoto, SoF, MarO in the server 24/7, and just a good time every day. I'll miss that, but this game is dying and it's time for all of us to move on. I laugh thinking about the fun times I've had on the server with all of my friends, but unfortunately time has passed and the game eventually lost interest in new players.
