With Devastation in the COD4 admin team, I've seen some hackers being kicked/Ban/whatever.

But like what happened some hours ago when this post is submitted, the Hacker RSA was banned, kept returning RSA banned again.
WTF is with it?

RSA is a long time hacker/botter, he can't be banned due to it being a cracked server. (and no punkbuster) He just evades the bans. all we can do is kick him till he leaves

i employed a new method tonight, it looks like it is working... logs show he tried about 10 times before giving up. i'll be making a new announcement post as soon as the second server is ready to go, then you can see how we're doing it

There is one more problem.... we can't ban ppl with name changers by player name... it bans the legit players... we still need to ban by guid :/

DON'T ban by guid, you are just banning legit players if you do that.. same principle


just kick him and save his IP, i'll see if i can get FTP going for the cod admins to modify the IP list directly


RSA is a bitch, if you ban his playername he should be forced to change his name... he tried at least a dozen times to get into the server after i IP-banned him, he probably just has a dynamic address

i can ban him every day for the rest of my life i really dont care hahaha
