Can an IP address be changed? If It can be Changed, then expect another forum topic later.

That RSA has dynamic IP. You can ban whole his network (I think first 2 numbers are static within a range) but that means other players from same network would be screwed

Im concerned about the RSA BS, banning him each time, So... It looks like Im going to Ban the player RSA, either when Im not on (uses Gametracker for a little lol help), or when I see him in rcon.
More concerned that his Ips being banned can be "suckers" like another computer that has fallen victim to our banning. On second thought, People can just make a Ban appeal if they are unlucky to be in Past RSA's IPs. (for some odd reason)

Kom I cant, im not CoD admin.
Unpayed: Some people have Dynamic IP. Every time they restart modem - their IP is new. Only thing that is not changing - first 2 digits of that IP.

Hm... Im thinking of Each time I see a playername RSA (just RSA alone), Its legal in our terms to ban without warning? Off topic: @Genesis or anyone who reads this: Is the Spambot's Ip the same, If its the same, is there a way to block that IP? Apparently, If the spambot IP matches to banned ips, guess what my shouts will be Life. Do you have it?I'm not talking about the spell either, or even a 1up.

if you see anyone named RSA, ban them immediately.
so far i've banned him around a dozen times, i'm working on getting a range isolated... i might just say fuck it and ban his whole range from 95.53.154.11-95.53.240.999
the problem is, we have players in that same range that are legit... so you can see the dilemna
it's highly unlikely he's behind a proxy, the range is too close together for that and gaming through a proxy would be near impossible with that high of a latency
original question; yes it's possible if you have a dynamic address. otherwise, you would have to request it through your ISP

Well, there is another way of banning: Banning by hardware. I saw people doing that. So if player gets banned by hardware - he cannot enter the server, unless changes hardware... Or maybe hardware ID that is might be in use (not really sure how that works).
