im trying to watch videos from my computer on my xbox360 through window media center with wmv format. seems like it doesnt work. if anyone knows how, leave a msg por favor!! gracias!

i actually know how to do this....


you have to tweak some settings and set up a bridge between the computer and xbox, if you google it i'm pretty sure you can find a guide

yeah i got the connection set up between the xbox and the pc. i can see the videos thats in my comp on the xbox360, i just cant play it. all the videos are in wmv format which is required for window media center.

i never did wmv, i think i was doing it with AVI or mp4..

hollow.. are u sure u bought an xbox 360?  cuz chinese ppl always buy  cheap stuff..  make sure isnt a yBox 390..

i was using some software ... thru router the xbox was playing movies and shit from my pc directly .....

i have just maped the folders and xbox can reach it but it was terribly slowing pc

Get tversity has better quality and is made for streaming to game consoles.

Or you could just use a flash drive to play the videos... or install wmp and stream them the way microsoft tells you to O__o
