Users who attempt to run X-Spectate will be kicked from VAC-secured servers, however, no VAC ban will be applied.

it seems there is alot of ambiguity surrounding this ban, for that reason and because i am not entirely happy with the behavior of the administrators regarding this topic, i am deciding to allow rufis another chance.


for the administrators involved in this situation, try to use a little more care, spectate a little longer, and just be a little more aware of the surroundings before deciding to execute the ban.

from reading what he has said, this player does not use the syntax that the typical '12 year old hacker'  would usually use when posting an unban request.



i have taken both sides and all arguments into consideration, and my decision is final.

also, i am installing the banshot plugin right now.
