Apparently the Human Rights Act - Artical 19 (FREEDOM OF SPEECH) doesn't apply in this server, I was simply stating an opinion and nothing more, and yet the admin in question can run his or her mouth as much as he/she pleases with out facing similiar consequences?. It's funny when an admin underpressure does nothing but attempt to talk back and then when he/she realizes that he or she is clearly out witted resorts to banning. Yet I was the only one who was banned when others were also bashing him/her, because this admin has a personal vendetta against me. I think this ban was unfair and unnecessary, I came in to play Counterstrike and I didn't even open my mouth and he/she banned me. Apparently it was "Ban Evasion" yet I was on steam the whole time so obviously I didn't evade anything due to the fact I never changed steam accounts.  I have no issues with the admin who banned me but he or she obviously has some with me, i'm willing to resolve these issues so I can play Counterstrike.....seriously the day I was banned I was willing to look past our differences and just play in the server and yes I said this in chat, but no I was still banned because of a personal Vendetta.

I know this thread isn't even going to be taken into consideration but I thought it was worth a try.    - James.

That information is useless when it comes to a ban appeal.. Why do you need to know my age? or my Timezone? Why not ask for the time and my timezone? I can say EST but that doesn't mean I wasn't banned at 4am in the morning...

You don't need to beat around the bush with this post, you know exactly who banned you, and you know the reason for it. You were placed on the BOS list after you and Lauren came into the server and acted like complete jackasses. All the "free speech" bullshit doesn't come before the "dont fuck with admins" rule we have here. You and Lauren were both complete dicks, for no reason. You came into the server simply because you wanted to badger an admin. That's really uncalled for.

Personally, I don't think you should be unbanned. You're adding unnecessary drama to the server. But the decision isn't up to me.

Also, for the record, you were not the only one banned. Others were banned with you, and it's not like this the first time you've done this.

Actually I have no issue with your little girlfriend, and I used "His/Her" so I didn't have to name drop not to beat around the bush, I know it was Candy and I know she banned me for being a jackass, i'm not about to deny that. As for unecessary drama, I can't say she dosn't deserve a taste of her own medicine once and awhile, sure I might of went overboard but when she tried to defend herself before asking us to stop she opened herself up for more verbal shots, If should would of asked nicely before opening her mouth we would of stopped, we were trying to get a kick out of her we wern't trying to make her upset. I have no problems with Candy, do I think shes power abusing? yes, but I have no real problems with her. Yeah me and her use to be "Friends" I guess you can say, we scrimmed, through her i met Lili who was pretty chill for awhile but when she got admin she became a different person so I thought it would be fun to show her what its like to be a bitch/asshole.

Firstly, cut the attitude. It's not a good idea to be a jackass to an admin. Secondly, all the admins already knew what had happened, so there was no point in keeping the name secret, especially when you listed her as the only admin.

Why won't you sue the army? They don't have freedom of speech... Why won't you sue the media? They have no freedom of speech and their editors cut a lot of stuff.
