i ran across some pictures in my photobucket as me and peter were talking about old pc's



so i figured i would start a contest, lets find out who has/had the most ghetto home desktop set up

if anything, this will just be for the lulz



2.4 ghz, 2gb ram, 512mb ATi x800 pro, 2x40gb HDD's we had a minor problem with airflow..

we had such shitty signal in our garage...we soldered a cable antenna to the antenna on the WIFI card hahaha

btw, that box started out as a walmart pc, around ...7 years ago? 6? idk time flys. that box is now retired until i get a new mobo for the 3rd time

I have an old dell sitting around....actually my mom uses it... Integrated GFX 256mb geforce 6150le , amx athlon x2 2.4GHz,
2GB ram , windows Vista......

and there has to be some kind of nigger-rigging going on too. notice how i soldered an antenna to the wifi card, and i have a fan blowing into the side of the case? LOL

uhh i use ot have a fan on my computer to keep my old vid card cool genesis knows of this problem lol then i got this ati which is just a temporary thing until i get the 9400GT which is gonna be here tuesday
i left the fan there cause the ati doesnt have a fan on it either lol plus it blows up my shorts n feels good

I'm doing this from my old-ass computer from 2006,  which I JUST optimized to keep it from being so slow. No modifications whatsoever, just a very light overclock. Paid 350 for it back then at Staples.

Celeron D330 at 2.66 GHz
256MB ram
80GB HD
Some unknown HP graphics card

And all that basic shit can run CS at a max of 45FPS dipping down to 10!
