i recently got a dell desktop just for a little project wanted to fix it up smthen to do when im bored anyways

i got a 100 gig hd for it and 40 and 30 gig hd for it the 40gig hd works fine but the 100 gig one the one that i installed xp to
doesnt wanna boot up i installed xp onto it from a different computer was wondering if that could be the problem
any suggestions pplz?

I tried this before when I built my rig, you cannot have on hard drive that has an OS already on it and put it on another computer through IDE, though im not sure about SATA
