It has been said by our players that our staff is the best there is when it comes to gameservers, and forum administration. We strive to set an "industry standard" with our team of moderators and administraters. Most gameservers will offer an option to "purchase" administrative access, or will give users access without any limits or rules regarding the use of such power. This can lead to an overly abusive power hungry team of players, masked by the immunity and privelige behind the word "admin". Here at InfuzionGaming.com we strive to seperate ourselves from the typical experience involving community staff, and set a model for other legitimate, serious communities to follow. It has taken almost 3 years for our staff team to reach the number of members it currently has, for the sole reason of preserving quality. Quality gameplay, quality forum discussion, and a quality environment overall.. All administrative decisions pass through the Founder and Head Administrator, thus keeping the staff team as pure and unbiased as possible. We have the most stringent requirements as far as our application process is concerned, 99% of all applicants are not accepted due to this process. Most communities do not view administrative positions as a job, they view it as something given or used "for fun". We view administrative positions from the point an employer would take regarding their employees. Our staff members are held to a strict code of conduct, and are supplied with a guide containing any situation they may encounter. If a administrator is to break one of the rules within the guide, or go against the code of conduct then they are subject to strict punishment. This can vary on a per case basis, however the user in question will generally lose their position on staff permanantly. If not for our strict enforcement of the rules/COC, our staff would not be able to attain the level of professionality we strive for. If you do complete the application to the standards specified/required, there is still no guarantee that you will become a part of our staff team. Recruits are chosen based on multiple facets, not just some personal details and situational response questions. Other factors include personality type, style of play, english proficiency, and general intelligence level. If you have completed your application in a satisfactory manner, you may or may not be contacted via Personal Message (on our forum). The application process ends once you finish the web-based application, however if an interest is taken in your application then you will be contacted for personal interview. just because you complete the application online, does not mean you will be contacted...
